It rained all day yesterday and last night 15 miles west of Yuma, none here. I guess they're due for more also. I guess were supposed to cool back down 15-20 degrees the next few days which usually coincides with everyone else's storms.

Zip ties around someone's throat....ok, that was insensitive. Just punch the fucker.

    Good evening folks.

Recon tomorrow. I guess a road is washed out somewhere out in our management area and someone needs to get through. Hopefully this doesn't turn into some huge fiasco.

Sorry about your loss. I hope the rest of the family is doing better. Keep drinking the yellow label. It keeps the pink eye away.

The bad thing with new technology is getting enough other people to use it to bring the price down. LED is a good example. Now you can get household led light bulbs cheaper that what they replaced. Even the outdoor stuff is getting not just cheaper but better.

I heard about the storms in bama ga and sc, we were hoping it hadn't hit you.

Got the last permits for the open beam ceiling, permit guy had to make corrections to the architect plans, called him usless...lol

Mom is 93, she is doing well considering.

Oh and Mike got a temporary ban.

I had that happen years ago. I live part way up a steep hill so the water pressure is over the 250PSI (that is how high my water meter goes to). We were away so the neighbors called the water dept. We got home the same time he got there. He shut it off before the meter and waited for me to get a 1" ball valve and a 1" pressure reducer and quick removal rings. He also provided me with some heavy duty PVC parts to use instead of the store bought stuff. I have had to replace the pressure reducer about 5 times since 2001. Water guy said it's about 450PSI to get it to the top of the hill. Now it's easy to shut it off or change it when needed. I also put a few of the same 1" quarter turn ball valves on the sprinkler system for easy shutoff.

    Good morning all.

Dad has stabilized. Numbers improved a bit. If they continue to improve, he'll be moved from ICU. We'll see how today goes.

Sisters are having a spat on who should take mom to see him today. Their only son did it yesterday... I have a doctors appointment today and have to be at work so I'm limited to this evening for visiting.
