Yeah the way your place is situated you get the breeze.

My condo and the new house had no windows facing west.

The new house actually does have a west facing window now because we installed on to get more light in the kitchen/dinning area but it was installed AFTER we replaced the entire central heating system (ducts included) and added AC so *shrug*.

Drive up to the valley and pull my ADS apart while they are out of the truck for the next few days. Thanks much appreciated. I gotta up those compression numbers.

    ........:sawzall:.......... :welder:.............

It would be good timing to get them rebuilt and add more compression valving on the top end but I already a project on my hands as it is.

Well I have the tooling for ADS if you can get them to me. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone. How long is your rig down for?

We haven't planned anything concrete yet, so let us know if you end up being able to make it!

Tearing/cutting it apart on Sunday and hoping to have it back together on the 17th so I can go wheel and camp the next weekend, the 22nd-24th.

I also don't know what shim stack is currently in there so it makes it hard to know what stack to order.

They aren't that expensive, just order 2 sets of . 015 and .020 and he should be able to stiffen it up from those sets regardless of what's already in there

Yeah, I'll just do that. two more shim stacks is only $40. I just don't know if I want to try to fit revaluing these things on top of the rest.

How many miles do you have on them since your last rebuild? That might be a good place to start just to get an idea of what valving is in them before making more changes.

I'd say just order a stack or two of .015s, or whatever the ADS equivalent is. I'd double .015s up before ever using an .020.

There are also other tricks of the trade to make the ride quality change.

Well we actually got all the doors. Front, back, garage and our bedroom patio with 2 screens. So for 4 doors and 2 6'x1' screens it came to about $5500 installed. :spending:

But nobody is getting into the house through the doors lol
