went shopping for a car for the daughter... shes starting the permit process now.. and the license should be shortly afterwards... I was sadly mistaken.. not much on the lots for 10-12k... did find a nice 2015 rav4 at topsham toyota, but they want closer to 17k.... just as a test i took her to the local supermarket parking lot on a dull sunday and had her drive my Tacoma.. she did ok.. had her do a bunch of turns.. learn the throttle.. promising but we shall see.. the hunt continues...

Guys, I sorry to say that as much as I hate to do it, I think that I'm going to gracefully step way from Sunday's trip. I've just got a little too much on my plate to be off roading this weekend, one of which is my front plate bumper showed up today and I really want to try and get it installed with the winch.

 

Where is the dislike button?

you think i joke.. got tools enough, and can bring the milwaukee 12v ratchet, and 1/4 impact.. just need to torque to spec..

 

No, I am sure it can be done, but I must insert jokes when possible, if not they just eat at my brain and there isn’t much there.

 

got a call late one night from a buddy in next town over... hey its january.. and I need to put a clutch in my comanche..... yeah be there in the AM.. took us about 2 hours with subpar equipment.. but we got it done.. only took 3 of us and a 12 pack of PBR..

Wont be able to stay for the full time though. Making the drive up to the Bangor area that afternoon/evening before our trip on Sunday for some other stuff
