    Judes....

I see you are in S. Burlington... did you go to Fletcher Allen?

I went to UVM, worked at Fletcher Allen, now I am in San Diego Emergency Department, but back East soon for medical school.

lol yes I had to take my "medicine" lol....

Thanks Kristin yes will be riding before I know it!
yes props to Dr. Bryan Huber & his staff @ Mansfield Orthopaedics! :woot:

I had it done at Copley Hospital in Morrisville. My surgeon is out of Stowe/Morrisville area. I am right down the road from UVM & Fletcher Allen though. I see you were made in maine, have family there & go up to the Seacoast area, Portland, and Old Forks/Baxter State Park area often. I love it there, mountains on one side, ocean on the other. :) Good luck with your school!

    Thanks Chris!

Great news on your uncle and thanks for the kind words. :)

Susan, cannot wait to be driving down the road...lol all in good time. Thank you so much! Judy

    17 days post op.....

Yesterday I walked to my mailbox using just a cane.
Knee flex @ almost 90, -8 @ extension. Bending it is the hardest part for my quad/hamstrings need to re-learn from all my years favoring it & soft tissue trauma from the surgery.
Physical Therapist/Therapy is somewhat insane. They "help" your knee bend...pain I hope to forget as time goes on.

I have all kinds of respect now for all the older folks who go through this ..........or do a double replacement.

Next week should be able to drive the truck, looking forward to getting out of the house, going a little stir crazy

    Hey Luke
I'm back to work, doing outpatient PT, riding a stationary bike. :woot:
No pain except for range of motion exercises. I need 120 degrees for my ortho appt on Aug 17th. I am at 103 now.
So all is going great and am so glad I did it.

How is your knee? You must be fully recovered now? Chasing everyone around the yard? :D

Thanks Brock and keep em crossed.
Yeah my fear is the manipulation procedure so am trying to follow the PTs program to a T. She put me on the bike last Friday just doing half moons. When I finally went all around it was a tad scary.
We both know we don't want to go backwards with our knee injuries.
