Have you guys ever purchased glasses online. I asked because I got a new prescription but I haven't purchased glasses yet and it's always so expensive and slow to get it done locally

do the spare steelies from 02-04 have balancing issues? Also, anyone confirm they are the same backspace as the stock wheels (approx 4.625)?
    Thx!

That's where I always order mine, only 39 bucks for most of them. Just use the prescription numbers your doc gave you

I've been a one pair guy for years and I usually get the prescription at Costco too. We have a local eyeglass place here that I walked into to see what's up with prices.

I like to order 2 just in case one breaks or is misplaced. The set from the previous year is in the emergency kit with the rest of the supplies. Ya never know. My vision is bad enough now where if I don't have my rx lenses, im blind. :bananadead:

That reminds me. I need to take the fish oil pills I have collecting dust and massage my eyes with a warm compress.

Same here, I can't read anything without my contacts in unless it's literally 5 inches from my face.

Did you check out https://www.39dollarglasses.com? It's legit I promise you, I've used them for several years. You can customize them if you want better lens material and what not for more $$, but for 39 bucks a pair they get me by just fine. Tons of different styles too

I did, and I believe it is legit. I just didn't have a great reference for size and style that way. When I went into this place I tried on a few that were similar to what I looked at online and they didn't look so good on my face haha

yeah that's true, it's hard to judge how they're going to look and feel from just looking online. That site used to have a feature where you could upload a photo of your face and see how each pair would look on you, but I don't see it there any more

Since my glasses are really just a backup to my contacts I don't have a very high standard for them lol
