    Hello everyone,

I ordered the below link and have been waiting for them to come back into stock.
Yesterday they finally arrived! I am very happy with the look... However i am having issues with hyper flash occurring. It is quite strange, the hazards have no hyper flash at all. If I turn them off and turn the blinker left or right whichever way i go first has zero issues and does not hyper flash. But as soon as i go the other direction that side begins to hyper flash.

Hoping someone can help. These lights are supposed to have built in resistors but i am wondering if they are just cheap resistors or i missed a step thinking i know how to do everything LOL

if they hyper flash they are not operating properly contact the seller and get a refund and put the original tail lights back in, there should be zero problems out of the box for that price

It sounds like you don't have quite enough resistance. I would contact the place you purchased them from and see if they can help.

I agree with Bill, but I'm commenting to see if you get it resolved. Those look slick man! I'm gonna grab some if it ends up working right for you.

I would contact the seller I wouldn't play around with the resistors or other electric stuff could end up damaging your wiring in the truck, then your screwed the warranty wont cover aftermarket upgrades that damage the OE harness

I have already shot an email over to them. I will also be calling them when they are open at 0900 PST. Not doing any resistor install I am smarter than that. Hopefully they will be helpful.

they should send a replacement tail light and postage paid stamp to return the malfunctioning light at the very least. those lights are way too expensive not to operating out of the box

Pics in their link show a resistor for the hyperflash. Did they come with yours?

Update, they offered an exchange as they said the lights are faulty. I will be returning the lights for a refund however. I will stick with stock tails. Seem willing to help but I just feel as though they are Chinese made I just don’t have the patience for things not working the way they are advertised especially after waiting for them for over a month.

Those load resistors are crap and creates a lot of heat. IMO I would modify the relay with a different resistor. Just need to find the data sheet from the IC on the relay circuit.

I did the same thing on my TL in order to run LEDs front and rear with no hyperflash. I never had any issues the 8 years of owning my TL. :my2cents:
