    IF you're doing the textured material. Don't need to take off the bumper. It would be easy to do. We can do it with the bumper facing inside the garage to avoid wind! TY is right, the texture is real nice and easy to work with.

    If you tape it off really well and use the textured stuff. You can do this yourself as its too hard to mess it up.

    Just do light even coats.
