    Yea, the guard was delivered and the shovel is still out for delivery, but will be delivered today. I'll post up pics as soon as I test the fit on the guard. :thumbsup:

    So the hockey tape helps with grip when the shovel handle is wet?

    Yeah it should help some with the grip but I mostly did it because I didn't like the bright yellow handle. Hand the handle been orange this would have been me:
