It's all about who you know in Hollywood. At least the majority of zombies are local extras.

At this point in the show, it sure feels like it.

Maggie is on the cusp of being “original cast” the others I agree with. Again, was being a little dramatic. The other three I named I intentionally put them below hoping to show I wasn’t including them lol.

 

I can't believe I managed to keep watching the show through all of the up and down seasons. I watched all the way until Rick flew away in a helicopter and then I noped out of there.

The comics are great and the first season is a classic to me. The Atlanta scenes are epic. Hell, the pilot episode is so amazing it could be a movie.

Props to you guys for stickin' with it. I wish it was on HBO or something. The Governor and Negan could have been so much better.

 

Even if you include every season as a whole. It's like 1:10 that are not American and half of those are not even English.

I'm not sure if it will end. Comics havn't. I will probably watch the Rick "movies" cause I am a sucker.

Side note: It is pretty kick ass how they aren't afraid to kill people in FEAR. Like they should have Rick, etc. I havn't watched it in awhile but there is not many original cast left.

 

Yea I do like that about the show.

Wish they had spent a little more time on the outbreak though. That’s what I was most stoked about

 

Yeah same here. Nothing better than the Dawn of the Dead outbreak imo.

 

Yea I was just excited to see the societal breakdown. Instead they were on that compound.. then the boat..

 

We haven’t watched the newest season of fear yet but I’ve liked the newer stuff better than twd...

Also, the show has strayed so far from the comics I’m not even sure we can consider it source material anymore lol. So the show could end at any point. I’d rather read the books anyway, so much better

 

Yea I’m intrigued as to where they are headed with the show. I’m a little irritated they didn’t just let Rick die and plan on exploiting his fame to get views on a new show.

It’s all still entertaining, albeit less than the first couple seasons..

 

Last time I read the comic they were on the whisperers storyline. I know different people have been killed in the show compared to comics etc but they seem to be following the story with each of the baddies. Governor, Neegan, Alpha, etc.

 

Yeah that’s been the trend, always swapping some people but for the most part they have stuck to the big deaths, like Glenn. I think not having Rick on the show anymore will cause them to change directions. No one left is a string enough “leader” unless they somehow bring Negan into the fold as a good guy...
