Got my @runnin4tacos grill installed today. Very pleased with it. Drove it a little bit and sensor seemed to be working fine .

Really digging the switchbacks. Let us know how the wiring goes for the white light. I have been extremely happy with their Pro headlights.

The switch panel is the same dimensions and you can leave the cigarette hole or take the whole thing out which i did.. what i did is leave a small gap just enough for jb weld glue for solid adhesion

Slow progress, done for the night. Will pick up later this weekend. Grommets sounded like a good idea, but really just a pain. Have a good evening everyone!

Yeah it's a good solid set up for sure. Tbh I didn't realize they were going to have to drill,I guess that's the price you pay for a nice cover. I would've preferred never to cut or drill the truck but oh well Haha

Where did you get the OEM looking front and rear camera switch? Is it backlit blue like the rest of the interior switches?

Except it's pretty obvious to tell that everything he said was true haha. Removing track system and drilling through the bed would make it much more difficult than your basic roll up cover.

No I have are cx and build quality is sub par at best! Paint defects (runs, dirt/bumps, marring), front fold down not aligned properly (I actually have to hold down on the right side as I close), the rear window dam as you called it wasn’t installed properly in the channel so the right side is warped which makes it have a gap off the tailgate, t lock installed cockeyed. 3rd brake light may or may not have moisture problems

The aluminum frame screws also sucked the frame in but I thought that was “normal”.

I still need to email the dealer to get the front fold down and rear windows fixed/replaced.

I heard from the installer a few months back that are had some big changes last yr (new or temp factory location, can’t remember. And the veterans left and new people that don’t know exactly what their doing). This all explained the bad quality and the fact build times went from 3 weeks to 8 weeks

Thanks for replying, I wasn't sure if my expectations were just to high or what. For the amount of $ I spent on this thing (got most of the bells and whistles) I wasn't expecting such crap construction. My forum search game was off on researching this one. Well at least I'm in good company.

I was definitely expecting better for the money and don’t think I should lower my expectations either. 600-800 is what this quality is worth to me. I believe I posted my thoughts and same pictures shortly after picking it up. Once I got it home and was prepping for install (gaskets, clay and ceramic) that’s when I seen everything.

Just been too busy or forgetting to email them back to set up a time to get the main issues fixed. Getting time off work is my main issue
