Lol when I go I end up having to take the keyboard from them so I can find the part without having to sit there and explain what it is and for them to try and find what I am looking for.

 

They also gave us a stove on which we can *gasp* burn ourselves on!

 

I actually saw a gif someone made of Momo talking, it was 100x worse. I'd post it but I don't want to look it up lol

 

No one gives a s*** if you hurt yourself. But when you cause them to have to call a plumber because you thought carrot peelings or potato peelings or basically any other type of fatty thing would actually go down the drain, that costs

THIS. NO rice down the disposal... kind of like wire hangers... NO MORE, NEVER

 

I've fixed most of the crap in the place myself because maintenance has neglected it. The blower/microwave had burnt bulbs, filter hasn't been replaced in years, I re-caulked the sink basin, etc. Takes forever for them to come out so I just resort to doing it myself.

Also no one has ever cleaned the damn place ever. This place is fairly modern, built in the mid-2000's but the carpets and linoleum is just nasty. That's why I love my RugDoctor.

 

I had a roommate that put lemon and lime wedges down the disposal all the time, and I was the one that would always have to fish them out

 

Haha man, I was at Pepboys buying plugs for the Mercedes and I asked the guy if the plugs on his computer were single or dual electrode and he looked at me like I was crazy and said "I have no idea, no one has ever asked me that question before."

 

It smells great.

 

must've been a cheap disposal - I typically toss lemon wedges every few weeks. smells good lol. Best disposal - Badger 5.

Man sometimes you get a parts guy that knows a thing or two (typically only get those at O'Reilly) or you get the guy who is a crack head and that's the only place that doesn't test.

That was a weird night altogether. As soon as I left the doors of PepBoys that's when I walked into that police sting.

 

Pep Boys is usually the worst with having one or two kids behind the counter that don't know anything about vehicles.

*facepalm* Every. Time.

I only go there a lot cause they're 3 blocks from my house...it's convenient when you have your truck on jack stands and realize you forgot something lol.

In my experience OReilleys and Autozone usually have older guys working there that actually know their stuff and can help out
