What I'm talking about is just dried mango slices covered in sugar... they're available at my local oriental market.

That's also Mexico. Restaurants only have returnable glass bottles... so they make you take your drink in a little plastic bag.

I'll eat anything. I had Escargot when I was in France and it really wasn't that bad.

That being said, you put Garlic Butter on anything and it'll taste good.

I got so much respect for the Filipino culture. My teacher (Manila native) brought me a shirt made of pineapple fibers. It's extremely thin.

Man, you should see the ways people make money in Manila.

I saw people standing in the middle of the HIGHWAY with cars zooming past at 50-60 MPG trying to sell to people. They had things from food, to drinks, to household supplies, to flip flops, to my favorite, a guy selling BONSAI Trees.

It's also funny how persistent they are, if you're in traffic they'll knock on your window and try to sell to you even if you don't open your window or they can't see you. Everyone has like, and I'm not exaggerating, what appears to be a 75-80% tint. It looks mirrored from the outside it's so dark. It's so bad on some vehicles, they cut a hole out of the tint to see the side mirrors.

That's called a Barong Tagalog. Meant to be worn on special occasions like weddings, funerals, stuff like that.

You're supposed to wear a white shirt under it, otherwise that would be a very awkward Funeral.

Oh yea I know it was crazy. Coconuts, chickens everything. I found out how to stop getting bothered in stores. I walked around in board shorts a tank top. They thought I was poor and didn’t bother me lol
