hows this all look to rebuild the front struts.

Again, trying to match evenly or slightly exceed rear with all new leafs and shackles. (OEM)

 

Says they provide 2.5" lift which should do it unless you're rear end is 3" or higher...you really don't want to lift the front any higher than 2.5" anyway if you're 4x4, or you'll be swapping out CVs more often than you'd like

 

The new rears are so fresh that its stink bugging even with the bilsteins are set 2/4. Want to hover around 2.5

 

Want to remove the lift setting on the bilsteins and go all spring.

 

Id give the rear some time to settle...new leaf springs always sit higher at first then settle a bit.

 

That's a good idea, better to achieve lift in the front via the springs than preloading with the shocks.

I'm going to go for those springs unless I can find something local for around the same price vs shipped. Worst case is the rear end is lower and I add a leaf.

 

Yeah just keep in mind the front height and be wary of exceeding ~2.5"...keep an eye on your CV boots to see if theyre rubbing

 

So far for this truck things that need to be done :

Change out all fluids/consumable items.
Clean interior
Clean Engine bay
Repair rust
Replace bumpers front and back
Sort intake.

Wheels/tires.

Then brand new tacoma

Only improvement I see possible is a softopper instead of shell and sides rolled up just cuz it looks fuggin cool
