    IDK if I have to give a tip with every image I upload to this thread since it is tips/tricks/techniques, but the technique is to either butter the piglet up or smother it in olive oil and sprinkle sea salt all over. Then bring the fire down to embers and SLAP the flutterbyed piglet on there. Then you know its done when you can say "I'd eat that." PRO TIP: Dont get too drunk while cooking, you'll burn the food.

    IMG_8807.jpg IMG_8805.jpg IMG_8803.jpg Ok so not to blow my own horn, but wow. Its my first time making this on a Louisiana Grill and just wow. IT was cooked to perfection. The skin was crispy, the meat was juicy, and it still had a nice layer of hot melted fat between the skin and meat. At the end I made the ultimate taco. I used a large piece of crispy skin with a medium layer of hot gooey fat as a tortilla. I smashed the skull with my fist and popped out the brains. I plopped the brains on my carnivore tortilla and wow. I cant take all the credit, that Big Green Egg knockoff played a huge role in this.

    OK, so ignore my earlier question- a piglet is a lot smaller than I thought, apparently. The foil pan helped me scale things, too.
