    Plethora of "useless" shit
Yeah, after market seat heaters. Not sure if his were copper element, but that’s what I’ve been seeing is the copper ones seem to have safety issue with catching fire. I haven’t really seen or heard issues with the carbon element ones.

Am having difficulty finding U-bolt flip kits for 1st gens @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc ... Are 1st gen U-bolt flip kits possibly identical to 2nd Gen U-bolt flip kits?

First gens mount the shocks to the u bolt plate. I don't think you can do a u bolt flip without welding shock mounts to the axle.

Yeah not sure what type they actually were, but newer ones, even aftermarket also seem to have a timer(or some fancy electrical term) so they'll shut off for x number of minutes after being on for a certain length of time. These didn't. Also could've been water since i was in and out, digging and warming up. Dunno for sure what faulted.

It was Allstate.. They covered some, but still cost me $10k...lost a lot of shit. They also lied to me about coverage (i have it recorded, of them admitting they fucked up) but the state insurance commissioner didn't give a shit... not that i was the least bit surprised, this is America...corporations do what they want.
That incident is a huge reason why I've taken a back seat to modifying or building up the tundra. I only have a ham radio wired in, and it'll stay that way.

Sorry man, that really sucks. Not worth the time / money to sue the heater manufacturer to get that $10K back?

You people are killing me, not a single comment! It’s a rental. I must say I am super impressed with it. I would take it over a new Tacoma for sure.

"Rich Mofo... wish I could afford a loaded runner."

My wife bought a 4th gen runner a while back. Love the motor in it. But I thought the cargo volume in the back decreased a lot compared to the 3rd gens. Can you still fit suitcases in the back of that new one?

Figure I’d throw this on here to get some opinions- I’m upgrading the stock wheels on my MTB soon to Stan’s Flow. My rig supports both 27.5 and 29. What size wheel should I go with? I typically ride Lair o’ Bear, North Table, Buff Creek, and once in a blue moon Centennial Cone. If I go with 29er’s I’ll put a 2.5 up front and 2.3 in the rear. With 27.5 I would go with 2.8 in front and 2.6 in rear.

I made it up just fine adjusting track to the right, but by then most of the rocks had been tire spun to new positions :D Was a bit of a jump involved though...

I'd just go with Nitrochargers. I haven't had a problem with them, I've seen some people have the 5100s leak on them. But for now just get one or the other until you dive into actual relocation and better shocks :notsure:

That rating is specific to vehicle weight the tire can support, if you put E rated tires on it's just a bit stiffer ride (stronger side walls, etc)

So C rated are "adequate" and will save you some MPG over E rated.
