Comment on a thread without automatically "watching"

It would be nice if you could comment on a thread, but then check a box to NOT "watch this thread". Similar to how you can when starting a new thread.

After commenting on some threads (usually to answer a question from another member), I have to quickly go to my "watched threads" and turn off the email option. Would be nice to remove this additional step.

Edit: Let me know if this already exists or if I'm missing an easier method.

 

What you could do is post, then immediately scroll up and you'll see "watch thread". Click that.

Even though it says "watch thread" if you were to refresh the page it would say unwatch thread. No need to refresh the page though, just click it and it'll ask if you wanna unwatch the thread.

I also just found that at the bottom of the reply box, there's a "more options"

Clicking on that takes you to a new page to reply and it has both watch and email options... sucks that you can't see the original page though. Sometimes I have to reference the thread to know who or what I'm replying about, mid typing.
