When I was Welding 10 -12 hours every day the outside cover plate got changed every morning.

Because the changes are so slow it is hard to notice till the new one is in.

The Polycarbonate seems to always scratch when trying to clean no matter how careful I was

One more thing, do you think the Bendtech EZ3D program would be worth it for me to buy? Or should do without?

I have the bendtech pro version and it’s great. It completely depends on how much you intend to use it. If you plan on only making a couple things with it then just hit me up with your projects and I’ll do all the calculations for you on my program haha. I’d be more than happy to help. But if you can see yourself using it a decent amount then heck yeah it’s awesome. Takes all the math out and simplifies tube bending a ton

First night having a welder. Can anyone look at these and possibly let me know what I’m doing wrong? Tips and tricks?0F5F802C-70E3-4803-8245-3BA1F7EAACE6.jpgE940A256-D208-4BF9-9B84-35ACCD454A80.jpg34585CF0-C19F-4FFD-8395-3DB20BC4372A.jpg

I'm still quite a noobie, but those welds look pretty consistent for your first night out. Nice

I think they're cold? The toe of the welds look raised and the discoloring seems to be lacking. Try a bit more amps and a bit faster?

    Reserected from the dead.
A bit too much wire feed rate. I like a flatter weld. Might need to up the heat as well.

If you cut a weld you will likely see that you don't have great penetration. You are caulking with a welder.

For a 1st time I think your welds look very good.
