Had a weak day at the gym today. Couldn’t get into it. And they had donuts at work so I figured it was a good carb load day and took advantage. Balance. Can’t get so into eating healthy that I’m miserable.

Saturday’s and Sunday’s are my days out of the gym after 5 days straight so I’m looking forward to relaxing. I allow myself a cheat meal during the weekend...it tastes so good at the time but I always have the “I fucked up” feeling afterwards. Worth it.

That “I fucked up” feeling sucks but fuck. Training and building your body takes years. You have to allow yourself to relax every now and then.

I tried...one piece of chicken, the macaroni salad, and almost half a sandwich is all I could put down. Now I feel sick and can’t get off the couch.

I do my cheat meal at night then go to sleep. No ragerts. lol. nah, I strongly promote flexible dieting anyway... To a point... IIFYM. I don't condone eating 5 poptarts a day to replace your carbs. If you want a damn poptart tho, take the 50g of carbs out of your normal meals and make it fit your macros. You will survive.

This week I had to consum 65g carbs and 40g proteins with 10g fats immediately after workout and I found 2 taco shells and 7oz ground beef was perfect. Therefore, I ate tacos ED! Yum.

Nice work! Always impresses me when people give the effort when traveling. I do what I can as well, but most people just make excuses. How about try first before even making an excuse? Nothing pisses me off more. At least TRY.

Normally when I’m in contest prep if I’m traveling I take all my meals with me. Biggest thing that sucks though is the Marriotts that my company usually puts me up in have a no microwave policy so it’s down to the basement on a 5 time a day trip to get my meals heated up

Air fryer is one of my best investments for the kitchen. Alongside the pressure cooker... such time savers.

Life changing. I used to cook everything in the crockpot and oven and it would take me all day to meal prep. Not to mention having to leave the crock pot going 8-10 hours overnight. I can instapot the same thing in 45min. But the airfryer. That is my favorite kitchen appliance ever. I can do all my meal prep in 2hours for the week now.

So I found out that just because it's an air fryer (vs oil), some things still just aren't healthy...like fried mozzarella cheese sticks. :anonymous:
