I love me some bfgs but it's a high maintenance tire. I did some toyT open country at2 SL tires, live them, super quiet, didn't take much weight. Fits the factory look I have going on.

How is the ride and did you get a good balance on them?

the new Taco felt "cushy" compared to my previous 2015 TRD PRO but after the new rims and tires it felt a little more "firm"....rides great so far and no notable out of balance issues...….so all is good!

You should be good with C rated 6 ply's for balance, folks do seem to have issues getting and keeping a good balance on 10 ply K02's

It was good to run proper snow tires all winter, but also nice to get these sweet wheels and tires back on the truck. Compared to my 10ply 16” snow tires, these C-rated 6ply K02s seem like they gained me 10HP. Also quiet riding, which is nice compared to the drone of my Arctic Grabbers. Summers coming.

I know this is the 3rd gen site, but just curious if anyone is running this setup on a 2nd gen?

Saw Toyota is having a 40% off sale on TRD accessories tomorrow, so was thinking about picking up a set of the TRD Pro 4Runner rims for my 2013 taco.

The offset will work on a 2nd Gen with 265/70/17 as the critical dimensions are mostly the same between the gens. I think it was a popular wheel for a while with 2nd Genners to.
