Banjo bolt hitting the coilover....any remedy for this other than a tundra swap?

Looks like a great reason to do the tundra swap ;)

And to the other posts, yes I ordered the options correctly, Relentless messed it up.

I think I blew a gasket and my rant is hard to follow. I ordered behind the plate, I got below the plate. Like ordering steak but received a salad.

It’s not a hard fix man. Annoying fix yes. But id contact the company and see what they can do for you.

I contacted them, will see what they want to do. IMO annoying af- I know this is a forum full of peeps that cut and weld their own stuff, I didn't pay $1100 to have to cut and weld mine (and my welds wouldn't be a quarter as good as thiers- they welded the wrong parts to the wrong place but damn those beads are beautiful).

Picked up a TRD off road rear end, wiring harness, 4x4 control module, and RR diff button for $450 to swap into my 2001 4x4. All the dash wiring was already there. All that’s left is to put the axle in and wire her up.2E6023A8-3005-49DE-879D-66A4C235FFF4.jpg

I completely agree. It’s annoying. And the welds are great. Maybe they can pay for a local welder to fix it up for you? Just trying to think of ideas. Any local member around that can help?

Recap from the last few days...

    1) Installed updated splash guards (https://geartechcustoms.com/shop?olsPage=products/1st-generation-tacoma-engine-splash-guards-95-04) - Thanks @cnote4l - really pleased with the fit/quality!

    2.jpg

    2) Pulled the fender flares off to re-finish due to heavy oxidation - decided to leave them off for a bit and ended up filling the holes using a spin on this mod
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/diy-fender-push-rivets.557983/ - thx @thatguymichael

    IMG_20190309_113410.jpg

    3) Pulled the end caps off my DIY fishing rod/storage tubes. Went with a locking cap instead. Might get around to painting the cap but will probably leave it as is. Found them for 23 bones each over @ https://www.zoro.com/cherne-industries-locking-plug-mechanical-4-in-271683/i/G1626475/ - great price and a solid product. @lucky13don so far, so good - no water inside the tubes.

Now if this rain would just let up, could start rattle canning the fender flares... o_O

Just have to know how to clean it all. A steam cleaner can do some serious magic.

Got some JBA titanium ceramic shorties and a 2.2 pulley ordered from URD. They had some pretty decent pricing on them comparing them to other places at about $535.00. And the uncoated were about $450.00 if anyone’s interested but I’m hoping the ceramic coating will be worth the supposed lower under hood temperatures.

Not looking forward to installing them, I’ve seen that header installs are a total PITA. But hopefully the most difficult part will just be cutting the stock y pipe out. That being said I believe the JBAs are easier to squeeze in there than the DTs but you have to be able to weld a flange on the end to the Y pipe to hook up to the exhaust.

The 15 or so HP isn’t really worth the cost but it was a complete impulse buy with them being a bit cheaper than the DTs. I will say that running a test pipe gave a noticeable gain on the low end. So hopefully it’ll be worth it in the end. With a full exhaust upgrade I’m hoping I’d gain 30hp and a bit more torque.
