Need assistance. If already posted, forgive me. I have installed a new rear view mirror with compass and temp display. I have grounded it and piggybacked to fuse box using a 10 amp fuse. I did not wire directly to the fuse but used the low profile connector. Still no power. Cannot figure out why.
    Any reply would be appreciated.

With a meter/test light, just walk back the connections from the mirror all the way to the battery. Does the fuse you piggy backed have power all the time, or is it on a relay, or maybe only when the key is on?

I don't have a meter but that's the next purchase this week. I connected to the 10 amp ign inside the interior fuse box. I do know I don't want it to stay on when ignition is off.
    Thank you for reply.

I'm ashamed to say I may have found the issue. It's possible I might have got my wires reversed. I'm not even going to correct it today. I'd need a new piggy back low profile connector to fuse box.
