    That's not how this works....the time jumped ahead. So if your alarm clock says 7am then it's actually 8am. If your alarm is set to go off at 8am then you're actually getting up at 9am.

    Unless you're saying that you just don't accept the time change until you get up so in your mind you're getting up an hour early.
