Just because it turns over doesn't mean the batt has enough voltage to fire the injectors. Sounds maybe your not getting fuel. Cant tell from here without a multimeter. Good luck

Careful now, he'll call you a troll asking if it has fuel. I've already been labeled as such.

I'm in. Should we leave the battery disconnected during install?

Might be worth a shot, but try touching the electronic key to the engine switch while depressing the brake pedal, then let it crank. Car might have "forgotten" the key, and it's not seeing it.

Never mind. Page 580 of the manual has that error. Details and Action to take says:

"Indicates a malfunction in the smart key system. A buzzer also sounds.  Have the vehicle inspected by your Toyota dealer."

    Cars these days...

Dude. There are several good points of advice here. 99% of the problems are because something obvious (gas in tank for example) was missed. Don't be a dick.
1% of problems require something complex.
Have you done much electrical work on your truck?

Let me put it this way. I am a professional engineer in the automotive industry. I have checked all of the fuses, gas, battery, key fob battery, connections, and whatever other bush league BS you want to throw at me. I wouldn’t be here otherwise.

This is a complex problem involving the electrical system, ECM, security system, or failed injector relay somewhere.

That's a ton of electrical mods to do to that truck... engineer or not your truck wont start and its because of something you possibly did... fuel pump relay, fuses, dirty battery post, bad connection at the battery... not trying to ruffle feathers but you jumped on your pedestal and start spouting what a smart engineer you are, but here you are asking questions. Take the good with the bad as you are standing on a street corner holding a sign with your question written on it.. some may offer good advice, some may throw things at you.... if you throw things back you may not get the help you seek.
