How caught up on the saga are you ? Thursday they verbally agreed to the house. Failed to send the paperwork and said never mind for the second time. I said they had until 12pm Friday to right this, or our offer is terminated and we don't want to be contacted unless you're taking 5k less. They already showed it a bunch with no offers. They broke verbal agreement to show it again this weekend.


They Called my agent this morning asking if the original agreement was still on the table.

You can do both. You gut your winch and install the button kit in old button’s place. Just make sure your wires aren’t fucked up first.

I am giving up on it for now. Gonna rivet the old one back in as I have to get this back together for work commute tonight.

Verbal agreement aren't enforceable in NH. Which I'm aware. I deal with deals personally in the 6-7 figures area . Which I why I'm disappointed that the signature was not procured on the second of the 3 attempts. There's a lot more family stuff going on too which made this a very long and enduring weekend.

Unfortunately this is an example of extremely poor ethics and terrible people, and we will leave it to that
