    Half your lights are missing.
    I don’t see check engine
    Air bag.
    Etc.
Check all your fuses again bud.
    Including your mega fuses.
Use a test light as sometimes a crack is hard to see.
I would concentrate on that ecu fuse you were playing with.
If the check engine light isn’t on it means it’s asleep.
Could be lots of things not related.
But really go through what you played with

    On edit

I thought you hit the start button twice during your bulb check and that might have not been the case.

Push the start button twice without touching the brake and watch your dash and see if you see the check engine light, abs, airbag lights come on.
Don’t want to lead ya Down a wrong path.
    I know your frustrated..
Check the simple stuff and let the shop take it from there.

I am an engineer. I come here to have fun and maybe answer questions, not ask them. If you are stuck, I suggest you call some with similar technical competence.
The "trolls" you are disrespecting have collectively answered thousands of questions and helped countless clueless individuals since I have been here. You still don't get it.
    Goodbye.

Most of the throwing wrench problems I've ran into on cars, trucks, and bikes were stupid shit I forgot to check or hook back up.

I bet you never checked the damn flux capacitor.

Sometimes on the vehicles I work when the battery is disconnected the immobilizer doesn't want to communicate with the vehicle right away.
Try sitting in the vehicle with all doors closed and hitting the unlock button on the key fob 3 or 4 times and then try starting it. If successful you will typically hear the steering lock disengage with a short buzz.
Not sure if it will translate to your issue but worth a shot.
