noooo, this warm weather has been such a tease

 

on the other hand, I will be taking a new job where they told me to WFH on snow days due to the distance.


At my current job it's discretionary based upon the amount of snow....the new HR lady was asking me where everyone was one snowy day and said that there wasn't enough snow to justify working from home

 

Looks like an interesting alternative to a full HC front bumper.

For you welders out there... are you typically using MIG, TIG, or FCAW (as I understand it, like MIG, but with a flux core wire instead of a shielding gas)? Or are you stick welding?

 

MIG unless I need to do something thick enough to mess with arc


Unless you're welding outside I wouldn't mess with flux core.

 

Well that sucks. Just saw Max's YouTube video they did together in WA. Seemed like a cooler dude than that

I think it’s only fair that they have to tatoo that on their forehead with loser right underneath it.

 

If it's really windy I have had issues with the MIG shielding gas being blown away and causing sub par welds. Flux core doesn't have the same issue.

That said I MIG weld outdoors in my driveway for some projects as long as it's not super windy
