That's what I remembered about my one friends.

 

Gotta find the pics of my 69’ Chevelle.

 

Mine was a 230 straight 6 that we swapped in a 350. Had HEI ignition and other electrical BS that I constantly fucked with.

That car was a bitch but I loved it.

 

I’m on vacation getting drunk on expensive beer in my shop and smoking cigars.

 

Specialty Tröegs nectarine brew. It’s amazing.

 

Works good. Not rubbing on line as much and is protected.

Go hei distributor but keep it carb. They aren’t that hard to tinker with once you get the idea.

 

I like the sound of that. The cost of the swap and all supporting mods is a big chunk for sure.

 

Hell yea that’s a good cost. I tend to go overboard all the time and spend way too much on projects like that.

 

Sounds like a fun little ripper. A buddy of mind down in Austin has a basically stock long bed 67-68 C10 with an LS swap it’s such a dope driver, all the looks and great in gas.
