got that thing ordered super quick when you said you wanted it! I've only used mine on the ground and I will say without gravity helping feed the water through the hose it's not that great even pumped, but if keeping tank above nozzle it should be great.

Went on an Emmaus walk this weekend. Truly a life changing event. It’s a Christian event. If you know what it is and haven’t been I really encourage you to go. If you don’t know what it is and want more information shoot me a pm so I don’t break any forum rules.

I'm never going to fully retire. That'd get boring. I plan on just working in my home shop full time. Would be nice to go wheeling when everyone else is at work though.

yeah that's kinda what I mean, quit the tied down 7-5 50 hour week thing. Hell similar pay or better at 40 hours would be a dream, probably would never retire with something like that.

in case anyone missed it here is the TacomaBeast fiasco https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tacomabeast-douche-bags.598111/

one question though for real, not saying I agree with the carving because I don't, but how's it really any different then wheeling out there and carving a rock with your sliders or skid plates or whatever it may be or slinging a rock with your tire and breaking it?

again, I definitely don't agree with carving anything into the rocks, but nobody gets up in arms about the general damage caused by wheeling. sure doesn't fall into the "leave no trace/tread lightly" mindset to me.

I guess the main difference is that one is much more intentional since you're literally leaving your name or whatever it is you're carving in the rock. Another is just a by product of wheeling which is a sanctioned sport in the area. Even then, if something breaks, or you bust an oil pan or something you do your best to clean it up. Here, they're just leaving a mess to leave a mess.

I get that, but these people that get all up in arms and send death threats and shit....I feel like if you get that mad you should also be against wheeling in general. trust me, my truck has done more damage to rocks than that little carving did.

they used a rock, I used a truck. different tool, same result.

yes, I realize they carved actual letters for publicity, but you know what I mean.

1 word, intentional. Theres a difference between some accidentally bumping into you in a crowded are and them seeking you out and punching you in the face.

I get that, but again...these keyboard warriors act like it's all about preserving the rocks and the quality of the land.

If he had intentionally just scraped a solid line with a rock I bet most wouldn't even bat an eye, even if INTENTIONAL, but the fact he did his brand was the issue.

Again, not for it, def against it, but just don't understand such hostility towards one damaging thing and not another.
