$693 with shipping. It could've been cheaper but I requested for the logo to have a different color scheme.

Here's how it was broken down, except the added color choice which added another $10-15. If you want a different color scheme, make sure to include it in the add a comment section or contact them with your order number.

Well shoot. I never understood why they do that on models with push start. On my Mazda 6 when I engage remote start, all the doors lock before the vehicle starts. As I approach my car with my key fob I have to unlock the vehicle by touching the driver side door. Once it unlocks I have 45 seconds to shut the door and pump the brakes one time to override the shut off. It's that simple and secured. You have to press the brakes anyway to put it in gear, genius! Why can't Toyota and other manufactures do that? Uugggh.

So far here is my preliminary take..

    1. No TSB fully addresses trans shifts.
OV solved it. Shifts are super smooth, no random shifts & doesn't jump from 5th to 2nd when needing a little more.
    2. My commute is 15 miles of stop & go traffic at 15.6 mpg no matter how I drove.
    Now it's 20.3 mpg.
    3. I can definitely feel a linear torque climb as needed on inclines & the extra HP is noticeable . Torque is strong straight through powerband, it never weakens as before. No need to engage ECT anymore
    4. Cold engine stumble is gone .
    5. Overall both engine & trans are running so smooth & stronger that it feels like a different vehicle .

^^^This is good news. My question is, why doesn't the vehicle come with these settings in the first place?
There must be some reason other than "because they're stupid"

Did some wheel dipping this weekend. Went with brass monkey off of www.dipyourcar.com because it doesnt clash hard with the Inferno Orange paint (imo). Here are some process shots and comparison to stock. Hope this helps anyone if they are considering a stock wheel paint change. I love how it came out, it is removable too and protects the original finish simultaneously.

After speaking to a few people, we have come to the belief that they (Toyota) feel the technology knows better & in theory it's supposed to help you drive more eco friendly . When in actual practice it ruins your MPG & ruins mid-range HP & torque, where most people do all their driving.
Maybe they are trying to please some government entity .
3rd Gen has been around & 2 TSB's barely fix the issues.

OV claims that it's invisible to dealership.
After a long research, no one has had an issue where it was noticed by the dealer .

No worries Joe, I know you’re working hard my my sliders right now. My wallet needs a few weeks to recover anyway. I’m sure I’m not the only one drooling over these and way excited to hear the full story!
