Home and unpacked. Wife was surprised to see me home a day early but a hot shower and no mud in my feet made it enjoyable to come home.

Yeah thats what I was told today. I went up to the dam this afternoon and talked to an old timer shooting pictures of the pelicans, some Peregrine Falcons, and Bald Eagles.

Never saw the eagles but did see the falcons which was pretty neat. The dam looked like it was spilling as quick as possible.

The forward faces of my sliders look like they got sandblasted.

They turned out good, I wish I didn't hide your vehicle so much in the trees. I was trying to keep the glare down on the lights....so it may have been necessary. So I can't kick myself too much because I at least got a cool photo. Will try to post later today in the photo thread.

Going and visiting gravesites was humbling. You could spend a month just trying to reach them all.

Me and Dave found some that had burials from 2015. I had no idea they still buried people there.

I’m still not even sure why there are so many cemeteries.

Goes back to the old history before it was a recreation area IIRC. Lots of small settlements from the 1700-1800's.

I updated the list to better reflect who showed up. I'm not sure about a few people still and I know a few people not on here showed up as well so that list number may be pretty accurate.

For anyone who didn't come for various reasons, you missed a lot of wet and muddy but also a lot of fun. For everyone who did come, yall are badass and I hope you enjoyed it and found the people and wheeling worth coming back for even without the "perfect" weather. I look forward to seeing what chaos can roll through next year. :hattip:

Same with mine! What paint are you using? I got the 4x innovations sliders and used duplicolor matte black wheel paint(not holding up). Now I'm going to try to Rustoleum implement paint that I used on my roof rack and see how that goes. Going to florida this weekend so Ill have some warm weather to crawl under there and repaint.
