    In...

I convinced @Naveronski to do trail leading/gunning with me for Jambo since you will be in the middle of the ocean...

Pretty sure if someone breaks down in our groups... will be like a pit crew with all the tools getting work done.

In light of recent events I think everyone should be informed of this potential vendor again this year.

The news article has been updated quite a bit since the initial story was made.

    https://kutv.com/news/local/instagr...sB42iEN22WWQ-qOtriGG9Z1p006iRBBzA7k5f7kVf0rHc

Not sure if most of y’all have heard about this yet. Only reason I’m posting it to is to keep everyone informed and if you feel the same way I implore you too message the committee also boycotting this vendor from our event. I’ll be sending an email to the Toyota Jamboree committee tomorrow. I implore everyone else here to do the same if you detest this sort of behavior and action. I want my son to grow up in a world where not every beautiful landmark is defaced because we accept behavior such as this. To clarify Tacomabeast was a Gold vendor last year at Toyota Jamboree I’ll be emailing the committee to boycott their status as a vendor unless serious reprimands are made. As of now it seems every other huge company has stated their position that was in affiliation with tacomabeast at the time while tacomabeast themselves have not apologized for any damage done. Matteo the owner of Tacomabeast has posted a lackluster apology on his personal IG account that was piss poor at best. I believe most of us feel the same in the tread lightly mission in preserving our lands and freedom in access to them. Ultimately it is the Jamborees committee decision whether they will be allowed or not as a vendor or at all this year, but I will say something in the very least so I know I tried to hold people in our community accountable that this behavior is not acceptable nor will it ever be in our communities. Thank you for taking the time to read this and say something if you choose to my fellow enthusiast. Take care and have a good night, looking forward to Jambo this year!

Has he been announced as a 2019 sponsor?

What does he have to do with Jambo currently?

No the Jambo committee has not announced any sponsors yet. Currently nothing I just know from the past 3 years they have been a Gold sponsor at Jambo. If tacomabeast does end up doing the right thing and everything ends up being resolved in the right manner I’m sure the committee will have no issue still allowing his vendor status. This is more of a contingency incase they do nothing at all or don’t accept any responsiblity for their actions so the committee can also be informed and make that choice whether they will allowed at Jamboree or not. Because a half assed personal apology on your IG page and somewhat taking responsibility and still saying you had no idea how it happen is bull shit. Especially when bigger named companies are making full fledge apology’s on your behalf just isn’t cutting it for me that you understand the magnitude of the actions you/or another one of your employees understand.

Pertaining to my post the Toyota Jamboree has been contacted and passed the following information and will hold a meeting to make their own informed decision at a later date regarding Tacomabeast vendor status this year.

Not at the park level, Jambo may put some in place in certain areas to prevent collisions

I am always down for that.

I yea, I have a nicer Canon that I like to shoot with, especially the action stuff fast... but I am getting a new Pixel 3 soon so will have all the good ways to take pictures.

Which I still have no idea what I am doing...

    HELLLL YEA!

I'd say at least 90% of the time I dont even pull my DSLR out of the bag(and I have 2 with me on trips:rofl:) since I can barely use it. Really need to learn it better but my phone does pretty good pictures that i'm happy with and rarely wish I had a better shot. I am not and likely will never be a "photographer".
