    Any realtors out there? My fiancee (wife in August) and I, her brother and his fiancee (wedding in Murphys in Oct) are thinking about buying a house around Arnold. My future bro-in-law's fiancee is from Sonora, originally. We all really like it around there. I mtn bike a lot and it sounds like there are some great trails out there.

    My future brother-in-law is hell bent on checking out homes now. My fiancee and I feel like we should wait until maybe mid-2020 for a bunch of reasons. I'm looking to get some insight into how homes are selling around there and what the trends suggest.

    I got some new boots! They have a gore tex liner which was awesome hiking around in the mud this weekend. Feet were bone dry and there were a couple times when one or both was completely submerged in water/ mud or a combo thereof.
