Oh yeah, installation was easy. Removal just required some finesse, as you've found out recently I believe. H frame press with a heat gun makes it a lot easier though.

 

Got out this weekend and its safe to say that my pressure washed worked some over time when I got home.

Its sunny and "warm" here. Stuff is kind of melting. But theres 2-3' of it so not going away any time super soon. Supposed to snow anyways on Wednesday.

 

I think Igor does better than that on my commute. But I don't keep track really. Get a tank a week usually. So like 250ish. The little truck I think did much better but has a smaller tank so didn't feel like it did haha

We went skiing yesterday and it was hot. Ate lunch outside on the mountain in the sun, was great.

 

Yea, most places here we have about two feet, and drifts that are over my head. I stopped in a thinner spot to take that photo, didn't want to risk stopping in deeper stuff. We've had some warmish weather here lately. Above freezing a couple of times even. The weather man here is calling for us to get snow on Wednesday as well.

 

Yeah it won't stop till June. Never does haha

right 4.30s. But i have 4.10s and bumpers and shit on Igor and taller tires. Does fine for me. The auto is nice in some ways and not in others. Does make me drive more responsible in general though haha

You don't have a mountain near you that you can ski?

 

true. Is an expensive hobby haha Worth it out here though.

I never use the ect. Especially for my commute.

Real time APRS traffic. Show also coverage maps. Pretty much a cooler aprs.fi

 

This is pretty cool. Initially seemed a lot like aprs.fi, but upon investigation it's got some nice features. Map is definitely nicer, with overlays and "travel in time." Doesn't have the "details" page though, which I like on aprs.fi, and it looks like you can't favorite a callsign. Still, probably the "first" site I'll use now, and us aprs.fi as backup/second source.

edit: nope, they've got all that stuff too - just in different places. And you can create favorites to a callsign.

Totally by accident. I like it a lot.

 

I always use ECT mode around town. I only turn it off when cruising 60 MPH and higher. The engine runs so much for efficiently in the higher RPMs. I know it seems wrong, but I get the most MPGs and have the best power band at +70 MPH. 72-75 is best and the RPMs are right around 2700-2800 cruising at those speeds. Using the ECT brings that power band/MPG combo down to the slower speed stuff for me.
