There's a hidden switch on the knob. It activates the "ECT PWR" mode built into the truck(in lieu of the factory button on the dash). For those times you have to:burnrubber:

Ah, gotcha. I forgot that was reintroduced on the 3rd gens. I do remember the button on the 1st gen Tacoma and 3rd gen 4Runners. Nice that you’ve been able to integrate it into the shifter like the old 1st gens!

That's pretty weak. I could understand if he listed it for 220ish, but that's kind of pathetic.

Some people got stupid cash to blow..let them...who gives a crap. If one wants to pay $200 to relocate a button..so be it. No one has do or buy anything they don't want to.

To be fair, half that price is the OEM TRD knob itself..

Oh no bashing on you @mesojdm. The $200 is referring to this listing that had sold for $300. OEM TRD knob is $80-90ish retail depending.

Not at all. I just think it's pathetic for the OP to take advantage of someone else's creativity and extremely reasonable price 10 seconds after purchasing it. Why do you give a fuck that I gave a fuck to express my freedom of speech? This is America after all.

Not trying to be pedantic but freedom of speech doesn’t apply to a private website.

Cant we all just get along. Wtf does it matter if OP sells it or not and how much he sells it for. He paid for it so he can sell it for whatever someone else is willing to pay. Ya'll act like you've never bought or sold a used or second hand item before. Hope nobody on here complaining ever sells their tacoma. What a douche you would be. I don't remember signing a contract packaged in Meso's shipping box saying I can't sell it if I wanted to, and I have 3 of his products so far.
