    I could use a few hundrend square feet with water and sewer to get my plant restarted. If you are looking at a group use thing

    Used to have a small place in liberty hill where I made my dry ribs, but gave it up when a job change put me in west texas for a couple years and the business was not yet fully able to support itself and me.

    Noted, this facility Im thinking of should be plumbed with a city drain.

    Yup I totally agree and am not trying to give him a pass at all. Any person in their right mind should know better if you're a decent person. My first thought that came to mind was..."well he seems like a rich entitled been given everything to kinda guy so he probably thinks he's above the law and thought he'd get thousands of likes" Hopefully he learns from this mistake and they can get past it without getting "Pelfreyed" But if not there are plenty other distributors to buy stuff from.

    Used to "unofficially wheel" in a fairly large river-delta type park back home for years. Everybody minded their manors & we co-existed with the Historical Folks, Birders & just Folks out in nature. They built a golf course at the top of the Ridge overlookin' the River. One night someone wheeled the Ridge onto the Golf Course causing extensive damage. Within a week the Park was Permanently closed never to reopen to vehicles. All the trails got treed over & now it's just a big fire hazard. Always Pays to think before get into this whole offroad scene what you're intentions truly are.
