    Currently I'm using Hex Bolts 3/8 Zinc plated. The washers are helping to keep the bolts in the track system. With two per L bracket, it's a pretty strong hold.

    That's a great idea. I was looking to do that originally but I couldn't keep the cost down with that. Plus it looks like your steel block is acting like the nut on the bolt? If so, that's awesome. I located these bolts with a square head that work perfectly. I'll probably change mine out soon. I just need to see if this business will let me buy some (as they are not for sale - custom made). I guess you can say that other people can still try and customize their bed light bar a little differently when it comes to installation. Much appreciated for the idea. BTW, where did you get those blocks from? Did you have to cut them down yourself? What about creating the tread on the inside? hmmm... I still might consider it.
