    It says in the fine print that tech is not included. I tried ordering a powered subwoofer and it didn’t work either.

    What they did was raise the prices for everything. I can buy a rim for 120 on ebay on the computer but if i go to the phone app its 150 thats how they are getting away with 15% off. Complete scam.

    Must be different listing or items? My wheel spacers weren't like that. I got them cheaper than even Amazon. That could also be restricted to one product or seller. Ebay can't modify merchant's asking prices across the entire platform.

    Yeah I first tried to checkout on the computer with the items in my cart and the code said mobile only. Just pulled up my cart on my phone with the app and checked out through there. Perhaps try adding the items to the cart while on your PC and then checkout on your phone?
