    Don’t let that KB Boodoo dude’s BS fool you. He supposedly went through 3 different powder coating vendors. All of them must suck. Do yourself a favor and just get the rack blasted now while it’s off the truck, and save yourself the trouble down the road. We just took off @Tacomania ’s rack last Saturday, his was pretty bad, but not as bad as mine was.

    This is after getting it media blasted, what started out as a great deal with a cool modular design, ended up costing a little less that a front locker.

    He went through three different shops because he wanted the cheapest he could get and was always trying to play games with them.

    It’s a race to the bottom for many people in all forms of business. But when you start that here at TacomaWorld people don’t like thinking they’re supporting a good guy just to find out that what they received wasn’t as promised.

    When it comes to selling powdercoated products the formula is simple. Prime coat, powder, powder again, and follow up with clear.

    Pretty sure I’m all set. After I take my son to school tomorrow I’ll load up. Going to go food shopping then hit the turnpike.
    Going to go north first and hit CI and Cabellas. I’ve been wanting to hook up with a new camp chair. Also stock up on Smokes.

    Then I’m taking 78 to 81 and stopping at Tröegs. They have a scratch beer that’s only Available on-site in draft. (I’ll allow myself one and eat lunch there)

    Then it’s 81 to Harrisonburg and score Cookout for dinner.

    Going to camp up at FPK tomorrow night.

    May try to get to reddish knob for sunrise and then the rest is all 81 south to Tn.

    No rush, just a nice cruise. :cool:
