No he ordered a condenser last time he was here, but instead of taking the blame he just said “oh it has a leak I gotta order one” why he didn’t order one originally when he ordered the compressor beat me. I personally always do both at the same time on these LGs

Oh I gotcha lmao, so do you have to do initial diagnostic? Or you do the compressor replacements? Or both?

So how sears works is they call is out, we trouble shoot that day and if it can be repaired same day because we either have the part or its local then we repair it. Things like sealed systems we never have comps or coils for. So that stuff gets ordered and we come back out to install it. But some techs just order the bare minimum for the job. I like to order extra and if its not used i keep it as truck stock or senf it to the ware house.

On LG fridges if its a bad comp and no leaks i still replace the condenser. Other techs dont so you get this like today where he has to order parts agian and make the customer wait even longer

Who the fuck things its okey just to leave dishes for 6 months. Like how was he not embarrassed by that. Ive had people rush to clean behind a fridge because they are so embarrassed about a little dirt. Then other people just dont care and i dont understand why.

Eailer today i had a routin checkup and the lady want full tyler trying to restore her fridge and floor to new. Spent for ever cleaning lol

That shits nasty, i have a pretty strong stomach but I showed up to a no cooling one time and as soon as I opened the door i almsot yacked. It was bad, and there was shit in the fridge tht looked like some already yacked in it ,thats how bad it was.

And under that fridge wasnt any better. So bad in fact I refused to pull their fridge out because I didn’t want that liability so i made the lady do it.
