This is a picture of the CV angles with a RCD lift and OME 884 coils...about 7.25" of lift.

Do you happen to know your center hub to fender measurment? My
    Axle angle seems to
Be extreme. Maybe my coilovers gave me
Lift instead of keeping me level.

Well, I got her back together last week but been busy. Wrapped up the odds/ends this morning and threw on an eye-balled alignment. Found the cause of my failure was this utterly stupid divot in the spindle casting, right at the highest stress area of the tie rod connection. It's an RCD 4.5" kit. I'm completely disappointed in a bunch of guys that call themselves "Race Car Dynamics" that allowed that spindle casting to be sufficient for production. Either way, the kit is going in the trash. The passenger spindle has the same casting divot.

Here's a couple pics of a less than spectacular transformation. Gonna miss my Kings... and the additional 3" lift. FYI, this downgrade was stupidly time consuming. Next stop is adjusting the Archive Garage shackle flip, pulling an overload or two out of the Dakar leafpack and pulling the rear Kings for some B110 5100's.

You do have to cut. Luckily my brother kept the piece that was cut out. The last pic, you can see the weld going up the crossmember, where i put it back in.

What kind of cv axles did you buy? Aftermarket cv's are known for lesser quality. Unless you go with some super high end ones ($2K) I've always found it best to stick with the OEM's.

Duralast from autozone. I feel like an idiot for throwing my OEM ones away because split boots. Also my fabtech diff drop was re installed half assed by the person who installed my new gears. So I think I broke the bracket which allowed the front diff to raise about 1” and when the truck had drool on the front left while climbing the hill was enough for it to snap. Here is what I found after replacing the CV.

Yeah, that's not good my friend. I'd take the bracket off and bring it to a fab shop and have them make you a new one. Unless you trust your own fab skills. I contacted FabTech for a new d/s spindle and after getting the run-a-round about trying to buy just the spindle, they told me I could buy it for +$700!

Still on the look out for a used one...

FabTech is proud of their stuff!

    Edit:

If you have to buy aftermarket, from all the research I've done it is suggested to go to NAPA as they are the closest to OEM specs. Just keep your eye out for someone selling a factory one. Always good to have a spare

Will do! And I know I trust my skills as of now and went through everything in the front end and should be solid. Just need to lower my preload on the coils.

Thanks man! It rides great with your old setup! Worlds better than 5100s maxed and stock coils when I was @ 2.5". I also did not have to run the spidertrax in the front which was a plus too even with the 17x9s. I'll flip you some measurements tomorrow in late morning I gotta jot em all down anyways for my before and after
