Well its been 6 months already, and Ive only put 2700 miles on my truck. (mostly because the stock tires perform like skis) My wife has an 06 Forester AWD with studded tires that does just fine.......... UNTIL FEBRUARY. The most snow weve had (in a single storm) over 100 years here in Bend Oregon. 33 inches on my deck. The Subaru got stuck; so I got out my Polaris Sportsman 850 with a plow. Then the Quad got stuck! So I fired up the new Toyota ...AND... made it about 100 feet. We were buried up to my knees and had to hire a bobcat with tracks. I was not happy! I told my wife "Im selling the truck...and the Quad" and buying a Bobcat!"
That was 2 weeks ago. Im settled down now; and when I come to think of the trip we made last August to Sonoma for the drag races; the truck did pretty darn good. Even in the smoke of the North California fires, it made it right through. Plus; I dig the looks of it! All 4 cylinders of it did just fine. The 6 speed automatic worked flawless. My next goal is to give it a 2 inch leveling spcer kit and maybe 32 or 33 inch BFG KO2sIMG_0309.jpg

I was surprised how "peppy" that little 4 cylinder was. Even with an automatic trans. The only wierd thing for me is the kick own linkage (if rolling and needs a downshift) Yes in that case, it is sluggish

yeah it almost feels like if the motor is too strong for the truck itself haha gotta get used to it though in how to handle it.
