Does this have the 61lb or 80lb injector?

It’s the 61 lb inj. I put 61 lb injectors in at the same time so I didn’t need the 7th for fuel. Just cooling.

Yeah im kind of in a weird situation. I bought 61lb'ers for mine, and no matter what i did, it would not run right with them. Put the 455s back in and it is running good again.

Do you know if this provides enough fuel with the 455s to run a 2.5?

I was told by Gadget when I ordered this stuff, that I needed to do 61 lb injectors with the 2.5. That the 7th was for cooling not adding fuel.

Opinions will vary, but that’s what he told me.

With the stock air box back on, you’ll be less likely to lean out.

I’m thinking I might want to just throw the 7th back on. Perhaps

I was going to ask if you can tell any difference without it, but I’m guessing you’re not really driving it atthe moment due to the tubbing project?

    I’ve thought about it.

Well, I have that and dose it with meth. I can still hit high 8s on severe load. Yes, rich sucks. But I'm keeping my ring piston relationship happy..

Im running a 2.6 with meth right now and that seems to be doing the job with the UCon. I am thinking a 7th might be nice to have for an extra safeguard though

Anyone with the urd tcai or similar and living in areas with weather have runnability issues when it’s cold/ wet outside?

Since moving where I have weather it seems like randomly I’ll have some runnability issues on startup or within the first little bit of running.

My guess is the air filter getting wet and droplets of water getting on the MAF sensor screwing things up. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue.

Doesn’t throw codes, but the truck will stumble or stall at idle and struggle to accelerate. Seems like once the truck is driven a little bit and air flow dries out the filter or what not, it runs fine with no issues.

I have personally not, and I have mine moved even further down low into the high pressure zone of the truck where more air and water can get into but I also have the metal shield blocking the front of the intake.

Do you have a shield of any sort in the front to prevent water from gathering up too much on the intake?

Lost a Denso sensor already with the new AEM AFR x-guage. So far that tells me that the AEM with the Denso is no better than the Innovate with the Bosch as far as life cycle. That is one Bosch and one Denso sensor with the AEM since October. Anything else that I should be checking for a cause of killing AFR sensors?

Something I’m trying is the Innovate heat sink bung extenders. They pull the sensor out of direct flow of the exhaust and also have fins to dissipate some heat.

There is an index mark on the nut that gets pointed toward the the engine. On the side of the index mark, there is a hole to “catch” the sample. The sample travels up to the sensor and gets passed though to an exit hole on the bottom of the heat sink.

I've had a couple members reach out to me and said they would be interested in a fuel rail for the 4.0 after seeing my 2.7 rail. I'm trying to gauge interest, any feedback would be appreciated.

I started making some, but depending on the cost, I’d rather buy some already complete.

There are more factors than just the sensors and gauge combo. The AEM gauge wirh a Denso DOES work and it works MUCH better than the trash Bosch sensor that these aftermarket gauge manufacturers seem to insist on using.

First thing: In what position is you AFR sensor set at on the exhaust pipe? 2nd: where is it at on the exhaust pipe? 3rd: are you using sensor extender bungs?

I have been using an extender bung on mine since the beginning and it is just happy with it on, but I will never consider taking it off because we are forced induction and we are making extremely lean air, which means excessive heat which will kill an AFR sensor early.

I'm guessing heat. That's why I use finned o2 bungs that are longer than the "average" on my y-pipes. I havent had a problem with either of my 2 Innovate o2 sensors in 2 years.
