So if I had a prinsu cab rack, would this bed rack sit flush with the cab rack so boards and ladders would sit flat straight across the entire top?

Yeah! That’s how I designed it! It’s sold though. Stay tuned for the aluminum version I’ll be releasing soon

I have all my OEM flare and have no desire to put them back on. I would imagine the fronts are the same, and you can have them if you want.

Or you could try plastic welding yours back together, and repainting them

I had a very similar issue recently... I was more specifically looking for shortbed knock off bushwackers... not sure why but like 95% of every one for a shortbed I could find have the ugly lumps on them and I much preferred the smooth style with recessed bolt holes... finally thought I had found a set as that's what the pictures showed and when they showed up they were the lumpy kind... I returned them and bought these and they are good.

Not the cheapest, but I was determined to avoid the lumpy ones. They just look a little hokey imo... also FWIW I have had a set on my truck for the last two years and no cracks, truck spends alot of time on dirt roads. Mine are trimmed a couple inches and have the trim-lock edge trim that may save them from flinging rocks

I might take you up on that! the fronts are whats the worst on mine!

OOF! i'm not on 35's (yet) so i'd imagine i'll have a little bit more clearance than you, also, love your build my dude.

Thanks for the link! Unfortunately i get this :(

I agree, I like the smooth ones better though. the lumpy ones look extra cheap. I like the look of @Chux and @geekhouse23 's fender flares

hmm, i should try this sometime!

haha sounds good. They're not perfect, as the rear is cut for HC, front has the bottom trimmed for my 295s, and some of the mounting points are cracked but with a little love and a plastic welder, they'll be good to go.

Just down to the norfolk area. I separate the Navy next thursday (hallelujah) but my wife is air force so we'll move down there end of May for the next 3-4 years. So I'll still be up to rausch and AOAA, but they'll just be weekend trips since the drive will be a bit further.
