MESO Total Tail Light Kit

+1. I bought a set of those for my fronts too. Hopefully they match close enough to a Stage 1

 

Sooo..many stage 1's gonna be ready soon?

 

This is what I got. Sorry wants trying to be vague just dont want to de rail Meso s thread anymore than usual. But appears that's the norm for his threads lol. Here is what I got. Along with some other goodies

 

Meso has been very quiet about the S1's...which is intriguing. I've noticed all the asking about the Stage 1's, but when the all great, wise and powerful @mesojdm does speak, it is not about the whereabouts or release date of said Stage 1 kits. I for one, hope they haven't already been set to the wayside due to the greatness of the Stage 2's.

Who ever shall be destined for the display of greatness given to us (via PayPal) by the mod master shall be thankful and not ask why, or ridicule others for their lack of effort. Those of us who have been blessed with wonderful gifts (for me it is gasshole and ultimate turns V3) from Meso should go to bed each and every night and thank our lucky stars for the gifts we have been granted.

I say this with the knowledge that my ass kissing does nothing to favor me when the next release of these totally fucking awesome mods are released.

 

My guess is, he'll have more S1 than S2. Just a gut feeling tho. But from a "business" standpoint, he should only mention S1, because those of use that have ordered S2,have yet to receive their brake bulbs. Jmo tho.

 

If you're still trying , try these.
Either a pickup tool or magnet end. Some flex ones have a magnet end.
Mechanics best friend. Sockets always seem to drop at a place you can't stick your finger in.
You'll never get it out with a plier.
The contact end will be metal so either will work.
The flex one MAY be easier as you can twist it in there and grab it. Both at Homedepot or car parts store. Fairly cheap.

The LEDs need to be pushed all the way in. It may seem tight but it'll go all the way in. If you can wiggle it, its not in .

 

@mesojdm any update if the stage 2 will be available this week?? I really need the stage 2!!!! Lol

 

Ended up taking it out with a pair of long tweezers. Not as hard as I had anticipated.

As for the color match, it seems pretty similar. Would have to have them side by side to be able to say with certainty. They're decently bright and more importantly no issues with hyper flashing with my stage 1 and the included resistors installed.

 

Can you take a closeup pic with the light off. I want to see how much if the base of the bulb can be seen through the reflector. Also, if you wouldnt mind another pic of the light on at a distance. Thanks!

I will still offer stage 1's. They just take a super long time to assemble. I am working with a manufacture to have them streamlined for production. Example: I have to solder all the connectors on, 3D print the locking adapter, seal it together, etc. Once I have them manufactured, it will be have the plastic adapter over-molded right into the bulb with a sealed pigtail harness out the back. Kind of like the VLED Stage 2's.

@mesojdm do you think you would look for another company to help streamline the stage 2.

 

Negative. I am more than happy with the Tritons performance. There isn't much to streamline for that kit because all the lighting is already premade by the company. I just need to give them a heads up on larger QTY orders to have plentiful stock.
