I've never lived in the south, but everywhere else I've lived the power was definitely spotty. We do have it good here. Be safe.

My old lady is from Naples. She always talks about the hurricane parties they used to have.

Personally, I have never been through one that I remember (long story). But I have been through a tornado and I can tell you I dont want any part of that again.

Yeah, well, you have the capability to do so. Most of the dipshits spinning around in their Chevy Sparks out there do not.

I'd only go play with spiked tires or chains. Side streets are slicker than snot -- slushy snow packed into snotty ice. I slid through one intersection with the ABS a chatterin. Thank goodness it was a side street and there was no traffic, or I'da been fuched...

Plowed roads, primaries & secondaries weren't too bad... but still easy to slide through something. Most drivers are not prepared for it, and you get the oddball that does something stupid -- pulls out in front, slows for no apparent reason. Stopping will be difficult in those situations.

At one point my rear slid right... just driving down the street in 4HI. So I backed it off 10mph. Be careful out there.

If someone gets in a bind near the the 470 / I-25 interchange... give a holler... I may be able to come lend a hand, or bring you food...

Sounds like your need my ABS disable on-the-fly mod...

Also, people seem to like to pull out in front of me with perfect weather. If they do it in snow, I'm getting a new (aftermarket) bumper out of the deal.

Anybody try the new method trail wheels? Thinking about picking up a set.
The ridges seem to work down to some really low pressures at higher speed.

I am thinking about them for the GX. Don’t like how they weigh so much though.
