I just told you, you guys sent the right ones but the 2019 changed. Never mind reading is fundamental. go figure out yourselves.

 

Wahh big baby, your moding a vehical. Nothing’s perfect ever Period. Everything needs some sort of tweek. If your that unhappy send it back an get a refund. No need to sit behind a keyboard an cry about it.

 

I told them they sent the ones for the limited. But the ones they sent wont work as the 2019 changed and the bumper is different. Apologized quite well doesnt get my time back and frustration. My thing is they didn't verify that the 2019 hasn't changed in which it did. My job was to call and order the kit. I did and it was still wrong. Now that I had to modify the bracket and have a issue say the light falls out now it's the ole saying " you modified it your on your own".
I just dislike a company that says you must do this and you do and it's my time wasted to figure shit out. Then they say hey I'm sorry but if you need anything else please call us so we can mess something else up. They sure haven't reached out to me personally PM or call and ask what happened and what is so different. Let's work together so nobody else has this issue.

 

I misunderstood, I thought that you called the shop and ordered the limited brackets and received the non-limited ones. I didn't realize that YOUR 2019 limited doesn't work with the other limited brackets. My bad.

I will discuss this with engineering to prevent other 2019 T4R customers from having the same issues. If you could send us photos of the modifications I would greatly appreciate it

 

It's not about modding something they are wrong. If I'm told it's what I need and it's still wrong and told it's what I need. Then I expect it to be right.
But now I know from them not to expect it to be right. Crybaby look who's behind a keyboard being a big boy. And if they wanted to know what so different they sure didn't reach out. But it isn't there time wasted.

 

Na. I'm to busy crying behind my keyboard to do anything. Just in the future do the job that you are to do. Make sure things work, so somebody on a weekend doesn't have the truck ripped apart and have to R&D your products.

Yeah ok. I'm not ripping that bumper off again. I'm going in the corner and cry and wipe my eyes with my keyboard. I know what I can and can't do. Don't need a keyboard warrior to tell me so. They can find a 2019 and do their on work. That's what they get paid for and that's what WE expect and pay them to do. Nothing more nothing less. Just their job.
