Was in South Florida for Irma and it was no joke. No power for about 5 days but holy shit were they prepared that time. Was back to work after 2 days. Crews from all over the country did an awesome job.

Even helped out those idiots who stayed in the keys though the government begged them to evacuate.

I was heating food with a tin can and tea lights to conserve fuel haha.

The ride home would have been awesome if it had not been for all the people that were slowing me down.

I counted the times on the ride home where I almost got a new rear bumper! I was actually getting excited. I really thought it was going to happen.

Haven't seen any weight figures for the 16" but considering what's on my truck now and what's being added it'll be motivation to finally install my 4.88 gears.

The Mountaineers 4x4 club does that. I did it a couple times in past "blizzards".

I wasn't out for a joy ride. I was trying to get home which I'm sure most were.

And I was able to make it to the gf, it let up enough I could see. Zombie apocalypse down Jewel with all the cars. About a foot of snow at my house

Damn, think all the blowing snow killed my Nest Doorbell. It’s under the entrance awning but got wrecked by the wind and snow.

Yeah, for occasional use, it should be fine. I am always annoyed at all the apps that require pairing, opening it up. Then you switch apps and relaunch it and it has to reload everything ... such a pain in the butt. I have a scangauge that is permanently displaying ONLY that info because I don't want to deal with bluetooth pairing and shit.

I stocked up last night. Hazel's had some M43.

I don't know if you had anything to do with this @Nazupag524 but power is back up out here. Props to you and your teammates for getting out there and taking care of business. I owe you a beer.

Right? So little traffic. Just went over to King Soopers and it was empty. Peaceful shopping at last!

Also had to pull 4 cars around the traffic circle in my apartment complex on the way back. All front wheel drive, no where to strap to but the back

Yeah I'm tired of the "Lets take a family trip to the grocery store with 5 people!"

I can see some at least 4ft drifts in the parking lot outside my window might have to go "plow" them :burnrubber:
