dont know what to say... that is impossible to have no caster and to bash a product without providing printouts or know this alignment techs ability is hard to say

a good tech wont just look at a screen and move wrenches to put a computer screen in the green. With all that has been provided here, its very similar to saying these 33"s fucking suck because they rub all over the place without seeing the whole picture of the setup, the offset of wheels, what was cut, etc....

I just mean the rear of the UCA he bought looks shorter than the total chaos UCA, not by much - but it would bring the whole thing closer to his coil spring. Hard to tell exactly, but just what I can tell from photos....

That being said, I do agree with the folks who’ve said you absolutely need an alignment tech who knows what they’re doing. A “factory” alignment no longer applies...

Wow, why would you buy this? Cheap Chinese steel, not even correctly engineered, most likely will bend or break destroying your $40K dollar truck. This is just dumb to go cheap for such an important component of the front suspension. Just throw them away and write it off as a learning experience.

That is kind of a D move... At this point I dont think you made a good case to these being wrong. Could very easily be the guys doing an alignment. Prior to the Tacoma I had an older Envoy. I did a full suspension replace with factory parts and guys at alignment shop gave up after two tries because they didnt know how to do the alignment. They tried to tell me that one of the 3 angles wasnt adjusttable on my truck.. they will full of crap. Took it somewhere else and they had it all set up in an hour. I would hold judgement until you get the other ones.

im taking no sides because you have really no real case in proving it was a poor product because we dont know if it was one for a different model year truck, we dont know the skill level of your tech, and your photos dont tell us crap, and lastly no one knows how your truck is setup....

ebay stuff is not all bad, i buy baja design stuff from ebay so saying the platform is bad is just as worst as your lack of evidence. The ebay bumper whom thousands have purchased and enjoyed is a product of china sold on ebay and has good response from people. So until the points have been made I will hold my judgement on whats good and whats bad...

I've been buying on eBay since 99. Nothing wrong with eBay. You do have to do research and you do have to know what your buying.

I swear I got the best deals on eBay until they started the online tax in WA. I'll never buy from Amazon.

He'll get his refund. Ebay is very buyer friendly. Regardless if it's the correct part or not he can say the item isn't as described and paypal will make sure he'll be refunded.

not saying the ebay ones are good. I am saying the buyer bought them and is trying to return them as defective without really being sure they are the wrong size. I might be biased based on my poor experiences with tire/alignment shops.

I would imagine if they are the wrong size he would have had other complaints.... that being said I cant find this item in his store.. .so maybe he did pull the item. is the item still in his store?
