Stupid question....My bed measures 64 inches from front to tailgate...what is that considered ..that still considered 5ft bed, even if it 64inches.
    just making sure
    Thanks

Typically beds are measured on the floor from bulkhead to rear lip...

But, yes, you have a 5' bed as the other option is 6' which obviously you don't have...

Just call Luke directly. He'll give you a shipped price which, in my case, was as much as the price listed on the website just for the tonneau itself. Ordered Friday at lunch, he shipped it Friday afternoon, and I had it on Tuesday. Can't beat it.

Due to the width of the bed on my taco, I sometimes find myself carrying large items at an angle. For example, I recently carried a queen mattress set and one side I had to lean on the side rail of the beb since the matresses are wider than the bed.

Has anyone here carried any large objects in this manner with an Access cover and if so, did it bend or alter the covers side rails?

It would have to be something very top heavy to bend those rails. You probably shouldn't be carrying it in your truck if that's the case anyway. A mattress should be no problem since it has a lot of give to it.

If I ever have to transport my bed I won't worry about it since my mattress already has plenty of dents in it...

They are VERY difficult to bend... I have carried a 200 pound object laying against mine from NC to FL with no issues

Hey guys, Im trying to figure out what cover to get and have just a few questions.

    Theres the Access:
    1.) Roll-up $436
    2.) Limited Edition $492
    3.) Lite-Rider $364

-Do they all allow access to the bed rails and tie-downs?
    -Do they all roll up?
-What advantages does the Limited (more expensive) have over the Lite-rider(cheapest)?

    Thank you in advance!

Roll up and L/E - allows you access to the bed rails,
    - they both roll up
    - the one has a better warranty than the other

Lite Rider - IIRC sits lower and you can only use the smaller tie downs

I have the L/E and love it. It rolls up in under a minute and rolls out in the same time

I have the L/E and love it as well. Do yourself a favor, and follow this thread's advice and order from Luke @ Truck Alterations. He should be able to get you a much better price than what you just quoted.

you will only be able to use the mini tie downs. The lite rider rails sit too low to use the one's that come with the truck.

All 3 of those allow full use of the large cleats after install. Only the low profile covers interfere with the large cleats.

    They all roll up.

The limited is just like the rollup except it includes the trailseal tailgate seal, and has dual spring loaded latches vs the others are spring loaded on drivers side only and you have to slide the pass side over manually.

The rollup and limited both have lifetime warranties and the literider has a 5 year warranty.

You might want to check out our Tacoma World pricing on the access covers, its way less than what you show above:

Actually the literider works fine... its the Lorado and Vanish which have an issue with the large cleats.

Not true. I have full use of the factory cleats with the literider. The only time I have had to use the adjustment knobs is when I first installed it. I haven't touched them since and its been almost a year now. It gets rolled up and unrolled at least twice a week.
