Lightbar not working help!

So my lightbar hasn’t been working at all for a while hasn’t been turning on and I honestly don’t know what’s wrong I’m not so good with all this lighting and wiring stuff. So I really appreciate it if y’all can help me out a bit.
A friend of mine told me it might be the relay switch that I need to replace. I took it apart and it looks really dirty and dusty not sure if that’s the problem but I tried cleaning it up and connecting it again and the bar still doesn’t turn on.
But my on/off switch still works fine the lights red and green still work so I’m assuming the bar is still good just can’t figure out what wiring is bad. I’m terrible at this lighting stuff but I’m learning. I appriciate the help!

 

Does the relay click when you flip the switch?

 

No not anymore. A while ago the click noise was working even tho the light bar still wasn’t turning on but now this time there’s no click anymore.

 

If it's not clicking then either the coil side of the relay isn't getting power when you flip the switch or the insides of the relay are just toast.

I don't suppose you have a multimeter?

 

Man I honestly just think the relay is toasted It’s very rusted and bad as you can see In the picture..
Yes I think I do have a multimeter somewhere in the garage I need to look for it not so sure

 

I'd just replace the relay, they're pretty cheap.

 

Yea they’re like $5 I’m going to do that this weekend. Really hoping it works. If not I’m juat taking the bar off completely probably sell it it’s 50” curved auxbeam

 

Get a weatherproof relay.

 

Relay looks to be corroded. You’ll likely need to replace it and clean the contacts on your harness.
